EBI Portfolios – Evidence Based Investing
Craig Burgess, Managing Director, EBI Portfolios – Craig will talk about how advisers outsource their investment management to EBI Portfolios and the benefits to individual firms. EBI currently work with a network of 75 advisory firms in the UK, who in combination have £728Mn invested in EBI portfolios. He will discuss a new evidence based globally diversified fund of funds offering tailored specifically to Irish Advisors and their clients. Varius consists of two highly diversified, passively managed fund of funds which invest by holding single asset class funds across the global market place and acts as a streamlined, low cost effective tool for tax management as they fall under eight year deemed disposal rules.
